Colorado’s official unemployment rate dipped again in December 2011 for the fourth straight month, to 7.9 percent, the lowest rate since March 2009, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment reported Tuesday.
Meanwhile, two different government surveys of jobs and employment in the state showed conflicting trends.
